Entry to the stack room

All Kyoto University members can enter the stack room.
Please hand your ID card to us and wear a badge you receive. It is NOT allowed to bring your bag into the stack room so please put it either on shelf next to the Circulation Desk or in locker located next to the entrance.

Reading & Photocopying

When you are to read / photocopy items from the stack room, please ask for a procedure for short-term loan at the Circulation Desk. In the case of short-term loan, the materials must be returned before the closing time. on the day. Journals can not be checked out.

* Items in bad condition are only allowed to reading in the reading room. Photocopying and temporary use outside the reading room is NOT permitted. Please ask staff for detail.

Returning

Please return your books at the Circulation Desk.
